Wild Ozark™ provides information, entertainment, and points users to our online store for free and paid products. We also provide links to other websites with information we found useful or entertaining. This information, entertainment, or products can be changed, deleted, or moved to different links at any time at our discretion.
Although I try to provide honest, accurate information, we provide no guarantee of accuracy of anything from this site. It is up to the user to verify our information. Our information is provided as a starting point for further investigation by the user, however if the user discovers inaccuracies and brings it to our attention we will do our best to update our information.

Plants and roots purchased locally should be visually inspected by the customer before taking possession and are sold as-is.

If you’re interested in using my photos commercially, just email me and we can work out an arrangement. I do sell non- and exclusive rights to most photos.
This does not pertain to products purchased by a seller I’ve recommended or referred to. From time to time I do refer website visitors to ginseng sellers for the purchase of ginseng roots and/or other products. All matters regarding sales made through other vendors must be taken up with that vendor. Wild Ozark is not responsible for purchases made outside of this Wild Ozark shopping cart.
For US (domestic) shipping, we use USPS by default. If you’d like us to use a different carrier, please email to specify. Additional shipping costs may apply. If free shipping was offered on the item purchased, any expense over the original estimated shipping for the item will be invoiced to the buyer.
For International Shipping, we will use USPS, DHL or FedEx. All shipping costs, duties, custom fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer when it comes to international orders.
All orders are shipped within 3 days after an order is placed. If the time delay will be longer, Wild Ozark will notify the customer with the estimated time and offer a refund (100%) if customer does not want to wait.
Wild Ozark offers a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on artwork. If you have purchased any artwork and would like to return it, please contact me at . I’ll send you a return label. Once the item is returned in its original condition, the refund will be issued.
Original art will only be shipped internationally if the buyer pays for shipping, and either waives this refund policy or agrees to pay the return shipping costs.
If an item arrives to the buyer damaged, please document all damage (of the box and the items) with photographs as soon as it arrives. Email these photos with a description of what happened to . Original art cannot be replaced, but you will be refunded in entirety. For prints, you will have the option of replacement or refund.
We ship books, herbal products, crafts, and other products by USPS. Generally I use First Class, Flat Rate 3-day Priority, or Media mail. Customers can email me and request a different method and I’ll send an adjusted invoice.
Plants and roots purchased locally should be visually inspected by the customer before taking possession and are sold as-is.
Bare-root or potted plants should be inspected on arrival to destination. Wild Ozark will refund purchase price plus shipping on any bad shipment. Photos of the problem will be requested for insurance purposes, so please take them immediately when a problem is noticed.

We can only ship nursery plants to the United States.
When Wild Ozark sells ginseng roots and leaves, it is only to local customers and these items are sold as-is. We sell rootlets for planting, and those items are subject to the terms outlined above.
You may email and skip the shopping cart if you’d prefer and you will be sent an invoice from PayPal instead of using the online shopping cart.
