2026 Late Season Drought and Heat

The temperatures have been near, at, or over 100 for the past week or two and it’s taking a toll on the ginseng nursery. All of the plants are beginning to show signs of stress and decline. They’re going to head into dormancy now and so it’s the end of potted seedling season for the Wild Ozark Nursery. I’m almost out of plants for bare-root shipping, too.

Look for more first year seedlings and some 2nd-3rd year plants in pots at mid May 2027!
